Scope

These terms and conditions apply to all bookings and stays at the holiday home Casa Antro.

 

Booking & Contract

The booking is binding upon written confirmation (email or booking platform). By booking, the guest accepts these terms and conditions.

 

payment

The rental amount is due in full before arrival. Additional costs (e.g., tourist tax, final cleaning, additional services) are listed separately.

 

Arrival and departure

Check-in from 3:00 PM, check-out by 11:00 AM. Exceptions are possible upon request.

 

Liability

The guest is liable for any damage caused by him or her or his fellow travelers during his or her stay. Damage not reported during the stay will be charged subsequently. The landlord is not liable for loss or damage to the guest's personal belongings.

 

Legal notice

Swiss law applies. The place of jurisdiction is Samstagern.
